PROBLEM STATEMENT
The old website had poor information architecture and many usability issues with a difficult navigation system. Itel India wants to establish itself as a strong telecom brand among the gen-z.
SOLUTION
We researched customer decision-making factors and crafted an effective information architecture (IA) with intuitive navigation and a visually appealing website, helping itel stand out as a strong brand for the Gen Z audience.
MARKET RESEARCH & USER PERSONA
Conducted market research and competitor analysis to understand the key decision-making factors of targeted customers when shopping for mobile devices. Creating user personas helped us better understand the target group.

INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE
Based on market research and perception, created persona. Market research has provided insights into the diverse needs and interests of various user groups who can benefit the most from compact home gym equipment.
